After a hard and intense year of work, here comes the long awaited harvest. Dare to participate in a harvest day at Quinta do Soito and discover the secrets of this ancient tradition! In the morning receive your grape harvest kit and accompany the team to the vineyards. The next stage will take you to the winery where you will participate in the winemaking process. Start on the carpet of choice, selecting the best grapes and accompany the technician who will let you know the various stages that go on until fermentation. After a few exhausting but well spent hours, take the opportunity to relax and immerse yourself in the charms of the Quinta while tasting some of the nectars produced here, harmonized with products from the region.
