The Dão region is marked by numerous hiking trails that wind through the valleys and mountains, against the river Dão. On these walks breathe the fresh air of the mountains, hear the sheep and goats in the pasture and the birds chirping. Suddenly, you will begin to hear the water gushing out of small waterfalls that Dão River pronounces. Venture there and get there, enjoy true moments of peace, tranquility and vitality.
